Carole Jeghers (born March 29 1956) is a voice actress who voiced Mrs. Parker throughout the entire English version of the television series. Jeghers provided the creatures and monsters with additional voices in Disney films such as The Emperor's New Groove, Dinosaur, Monster's Inc., Mulan, Hercules, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Rescuers Down Under, Pocahontas II: Journey to the New World, Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas, Atlantis: The Lost Emprie, A Goofy Movie, Aladdin, Cinderella II: Dream's Come True, Brother Bear and Home on the Range.
