Summary
Mona the Vampire and friends are met Penelope Tignasse, designer wigs, freshly installed in her new hair salon "At the beautiful wig." A boon to the village prepares annual carnival; but Mona the Vampire discovers that the wig Penelope is none other than Tignasses, kinds of undead are preparing a bad neck.
